Brian Ehrsam

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Brian moved to Atlanta after being hired in the Land Acquisition Department of John Wieland Homes by Bryan Musolf. After the PulteGroup acquisition of John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, Brian stayed on to work for Pulte as a Land Project Manager, sharpening his broad knowledge of community design, land development, market and financial analysis, and entitlements. Brian Ehrsam was hired to InLine in 2020 to help manage (and expand) a growing deal pipeline.

At InLine Brian wears many hats and is responsible for deal sourcing and underwriting, due diligence and development management, entitlements, and overall project management. A graduate of Ohio State University, Brian resides in Midtown.
