Beth Kidd

Beth also worked for Bryan in John Wieland’s Land Acquisition Department, before spending several years leading land acquisitions for David Weekly Homes in Atlanta, and then as VP of Operations at Avalon Real Estate Partners, one of the largest residential land brokerage firms in Atlanta.

Beth has been with InLine since 2019 and is in charge of overall business management, as well as deal underwriting, financial modeling and analysis, market positioning, and land entitlements.

Prior to joining John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods Beth was a planner at the Atlanta Regional Commission where her work focused on land use and housing policy. Beth holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a graduate degree from Georgia Tech, and resides in Inman Park.
