As a founder and the managing partner of InLine Communities, Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in the Atlanta real estate market. Prior to forming InLine Communities, Bryan lead the Land Acquisition Department of John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, at the time the largest private homebuilder in the Southeast. In this role Bryan was in charge of developing, implementing and executing the land strategy for five southeast markets (Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Charleston).
At InLine, Bryan is responsible for all strategic oversight, providing value for complicated development projects by bringing his vast problem-solving skill set, relationships, and connections to each challenge. Throughout his career, Bryan has managed the financing, entitlement, and development of thousands of residential lots, and is highly respected among his industry peers. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Marietta.
